An established design and build firm specializing in high-end outdoor living and landscape construction is seeking an experienced, hands-on Field Project Manager to lead site work from ground-breaking through final walkthrough.
This is a field-forward role for someone who is equally comfortable reading a site plan, running a crew, and standing on a job managing grading, drainage, and surface work. You will own execution in the field and be the on-site point person our clients and crews rely on.
What you'll do:
- Manage residential and light-commercial outdoor construction projects from site prep through completion.
- Oversee grading, base preparation, drainage, hardscape, and finish surfacing.
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and daily crew scheduling.
- Read and execute against site plans, elevations, and scopes of work.
- Handle permit-related site requirements and inspections in the field.
- Track progress, quality, and budget against project targets.
- Serve as the on-site relationship point for homeowners and property managers.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in landscape construction, site work, hardscape, paving, or civil/outdoor build management.
- Proven ability to run a crew and hold a schedule.
- Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and base/surface systems.
- Comfortable with project management tools and basic reporting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.
